Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://rnrjunkgoneapplevalley.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. RNR Junk Gone reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, RNR Junk Gone markets and arranges Junk Removal Service, Hauling Services, Debris Cleanup, Junk Hauling, Trash Removal, Furniture Removal, Appliance Hauling, Yard Waste Removal. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by RNR Junk Gone or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. RNR Junk Gone does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RNR Junk Gone's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid RNR Junk Gone in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RNR Junk Gone from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
